Upon purchase, you agree to accurately complete the provided intake form(s) and attend any required onboarding calls.

For SEO and Google Local Pack services, delivery will follow the details outlined on our product pages at the time of purchase. For Grow My Stars, review requests will be sent automatically via SMS and/or email based on the contact data you provide and your chosen configuration.

You are responsible for ensuring your business has appropriate review request permissions from customers and complies with all applicable laws and guidelines for communications.

3. Payments

All payments for our services are securely processed through Stripe or bank transfer.

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase or based on the subscription billing cycle.

Refunds are only available if:

8. Grow My Stars – Money-Back Guarantee

Grow My Stars provides automated review request services via SMS and/or email to help businesses gain more reviews. As part of this service, we offer a performance-based money-back guarantee:If no new reviews are gained for your business during any given billing month while actively subscribed to Grow My Stars, you are eligible for a full refund of that month’s payment.
