Upon purchase, you agree to accurately complete the provided intake form(s) and attend any required onboarding calls.

For SEO and Google Local Pack services, delivery will follow the details outlined on our product pages at the time of purchase. For Grow My Stars, review requests will be sent automatically via SMS and/or email based on the contact data you provide and your chosen configuration.

You are responsible for ensuring your business has appropriate review request permissions from customers and complies with all applicable laws and guidelines for communications.

3. Payments

All payments for our services are securely processed through Stripe or bank transfer.

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase or based on the subscription billing cycle.

Refunds are only available if:

Delivery timelines are not met,

Services significantly deviate from what was promised, or

Under the specific money-back guarantee outlined for Grow My Stars (see Section 8).

4. Disclaimer of Guarantee

While we strive to deliver effective, high-quality services to improve your search visibility and online reputation, we cannot guarantee increased traffic, search ranking, or a specific number of reviews (except under the conditions of the GMS money-back guarantee). Results vary depending on numerous factors outside our control.

5. Limitation of Liability

Locals Listing Pros, its affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services or any content provided.

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after such updates means you accept the revised Terms.

8. Grow My Stars – Money-Back Guarantee

Grow My Stars provides automated review request services via SMS and/or email to help businesses gain more reviews. As part of this service, we offer a performance-based money-back guarantee:If no new reviews are gained for your business during any given billing month while actively subscribed to Grow My Stars, you are eligible for a full refund of that month’s payment. To qualify for a refund:

You must have completed the onboarding process and correctly configured the review request system.

You must upload or sync valid customer contact data to allow review requests to be sent.Your account must remain in good standing, with no failed payments or interruptions to service.

You must not manually disable or interfere with the review request process during the billing period.Your refund request must be submitted in writing within 10 business days of the billing month’s end.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if we determine that technical limitations, data issues, or non-compliance with onboarding requirements prevented the service from being delivered as intended.
